We collect technical information when you use the Service including, but not limited to, browser type, IP address, pages visited and other activities on the Service, information about how you interact with our emails, information about your other online activities, device type, and time and date of visit. See our “Analytics” section of this privacy policy to learn more about the use of this information and the choices available to you.
We may collect personal information about you from third parties as permitted by law and combine it with any other information that we collect.
Information Use
We use your personal information for various purposes, such as:
- To operate and improve our business and the Service;
- To track rewards in the rewards program of the Service and to reward points;
- To communicate with you, including communications about products and services that may interest you or invitations to special events offered by us or our partners;
- To comply with law enforcement and maintain the security of our Service and Totavi; or
- As otherwise disclosed at the time of collection or use.
Information Sharing
We share personal information with third parties as follows:
- With third parties that perform services on our behalf, such as those that provide customer service, analytics, marketing, and shipping services;
- With our affiliates;
- As part of an actual or potential sale, merger or acquisition, or other transfer of all or part of our assets including as part of a bankruptcy proceeding;

- With your consent or as otherwise disclosed at the time of data collection or sharing.
We may share information that has been de-identified or aggregated without restriction.
Analytics
We use analytics services to understand how people use the Service and to improve it. We don’t use this data for advertising, and we don’t sell it. The services are:
- Google Analytics, which uses cookies to measure visits and page views. To learn how Google uses this data, visit https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners.
- PostHog, which records how visitors use the site: the pages they view, what they click, and session recordings that replay how a page was used. Recordings mask anything typed into a form field, and our contact form is left out of recordings entirely. PostHog uses a cookie and browser storage to recognize a returning browser.
- Plausible Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics, which count visits in aggregate without cookies and without identifying you.
If you submit our contact form, we link the name and email address you give us to that browser’s PostHog history. This shows us which pages you read before contacting us, which helps us follow up on your inquiry and learn which content is useful.
If you buy a report or subscription, we record the purchase in PostHog: which product you bought and the amount, but not your payment details or email address. To connect the purchase to your visit, we pass Stripe, our payment processor, an anonymous ID for your browser when you click a checkout link. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or you have opted out, we don’t pass that ID, and the purchase is recorded without any link to your browser.
Your choices
- Global Privacy Control: If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out. We don’t load Google Analytics, we don’t record your session, and we don’t link your visits to you. PostHog, Plausible and Cloudflare still count the visit anonymously, without cookies.
- Opt out on this site: Use the control under Your analytics choices at the bottom of this page to turn off Google Analytics, PostHog and Plausible. The setting is saved in that browser only, so repeat it on each browser or device you use. Cloudflare Web Analytics still counts the visit anonymously.
- Other tools: Google offers a browser add-on that blocks Google Analytics on every site: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can also set your browser to reject cookies, though some parts of the Service may not work as well.
Third-Party Tools and Links
If you use any third-party tools integrated with the Service, those third-party tools will collect and handle your personal information under their own privacy policies.
The Service may provide links to third-party websites or apps, including rewards redemption partners. The Service may also include integrated social media tools or “plug-ins,” such as social networking tools offered by third parties. If you use these tools to share personal information or you otherwise interact with these features on the Service, those companies may collect information about you and may use and share such information in accordance with your account settings, including by sharing such information with us and the general public.
Your interactions with third-party companies and your use of their features are governed by the privacy notices of the companies that provide those features. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy notices of any accounts you create and use.
